ALF ballot resolution meeting, July 16, 2003 by conference call Attendees --------- John Williams - Markanix Joe Daniels - self Peter Christensen - Magma Wolfgang Roethig - NEC Kim Nguyen - Tera Systems Explanation of the ballot re-circulation and RevCom procedure and deadline -------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to some of the review comments, changes will be made to the draft. A recirculation period of 10 days is required for the balloteers to approve the changes. Only those balloteers who change their vote based on the changes (hopefully from "negative" to "positive") are required to respond during recirculation. The recirculation must be completed by August 1 in order for ALF to be ratified by RevCom in their next meeting in September. Otherwise we would have to wait 3 months until the next RevCom meeting in December. Therefore the changed draft as well as the ballot resolution document must be finalized by July 21 to allow for 10 days circulation before submission to RevCom on August 1st. Short review of all comments ---------------------------- Responses to all comments, not only the negative ones, have been drafted. Some of the responses have already been finalized in the previous meeting. The remaining ones are set to be finalized within this meeting. Detailed resolution of all comments ----------------------------------- Responses to all comments have been finalized. Consensus has been achieved on all responses. The ballot resolution document has been updated accordingly.
