Delay distribution algorithm: issue brought up by Kevin, Wolfgang explained
to Jose. Idea to generate DCL code for a standard algorithm without attempting
to describe this algorithm in ALF source (analog approach as for table
interpolation: the interpolation algo is not described in ALF).
