Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be a teleconference on Wednesday, 4/1,
from 9-11 PST. The logistics and agenda will be described in
a follow-up mail later this week.
Details:
We covered the agenda/presentation slides prepared by Mark and Jin,
and had some good discussion on the nature of design constraints
as well as the process for developing the standard. An updated
version of the presentation reflecting several suggestions (particularly
the list of constraint domains) is available on the DC-WG web site.
We discussed potential deliverables and agreed that we should
define a catalog of the types of constraints and their parameters,
and use that catalog to define a constraint command language.
There was general agreement on the suggestions in the presentation
for how to make the working group successful.
In the area of topics for investigation, Enrico expressed interest
in the mixed signal constraints area as a possible sub-group.
News:
The DC-WG web site, e-mail reflector, and e-mail archive have been
  established on the vhdl.org machine.
The web site is at http://www.vhdl.org/dcwg
The e-mail reflector is dcwg@vhdl.org, and mail sent to that address
will be automatically forwarded to all of the attendees as well as some
other interested people. It will also be stored in the e-mail archive,
which is accessible through the web site.
Thanks,
Mark
