For starters, and by way of example, who "owns" the
taxonomy document? Should it be divided in some way?
Also the DAC demo "ownership" is interesting. One can
imagine that the needs of those focused on DAC may be at
odds with those concerned with developing a robust
standard. While the objective is to conform to the
standard, it may be necessary to make some compromises
and likey do some "throw-away" work to meet the date.
Addressing these sorts of "ownership" issues may help
clarify the organization and improve opportunities to work
in parallel with minimal duplicate effort.
