The next Design Constraints Working Group (DC-WG)
phone conference will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, 1/5/99,
from 9:00am - 11:00am (PDT).

Agenda
------
1. Discuss Cadence/Ambit, IBM strawmen
- Votes on whether to accept the Cadence/Ambit
donation will be taken via email to the reflector
between 1/5 and 1/11.
- I will send email summarizing the Cadence/Ambit
position with respect to copyright and patent issues
later today
- Each DC-WG participant gets one vote (not one
vote per company)
- A simple majority is required, although consensus
is desired
- Results will be reviewed at the 1/12 teleconference.
