I attach a concern from one of the IBM reviewers
1. This is a subset of the commands needed to perform a complete timing
run for ( IBM Microelectronics Div ) ASIC signoff. Many features were not
covered by the commands.
Some of these commands would be tricky to define because the command tends
to define an implementation, however, timing signoff would not occur
without it.
