 5. Mark, Greg 2/2 Come up with a proposal for the semantics of
how source latency and jitter, common ambiguity,
common jitter, and inter-clock uncertainty relate
Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be a teleconference on Tuesday, 2/16/99,
  from 9-11 am PDT.
Details:
 1. Prune the list of IBM patents that might cover the DC-WG work
Jim sent e-mail regarding one patent. US patent #: 5210700
What do we do with this information?
 2. Investigate the semantics of the BuildGates
    set_port_capacitance_limit command
The command set_port_capacitance_limit command in BuildGates, while
worded in the strawman to imply it constrains only the external cap,
does limit the cap on the entire net, internally as well as the contributions
    externally.
 3. Talk about reconciling the parasitics portion of the taxonomy
    with the BuildGates strawman
Completed. Steve and Greg met. Steve's absence at the meeting (he called
in 10 minutes after we finished :-( ) prevented us from reviewing these
    changes.
 4. Follow up on Tau '99
       Subject: DC-WG and Tau

       Greg,
Here's status on the TAU-99 action item I had. I got a copy
of the workshop schedule, and there isn't really any time
available to have a side meeting at the workshop itself.
The workshop falls on Monday and Tuesday, March 8-9, which
is on a DC-WG/SLDL joint working group week. I propose that we
plan for a combination face to face meeting and teleconference
on Wednesday morning, March 10th. The focus of the meeting
       would be DAC planning.
       Mark
 5. Come up with a proposal for the semantics of how source latency
and jitter, common ambiguity, common jitter, and inter-clock
    uncertainty relate
In revision 0.6 of the taxonomy.
    http://www.vhdl.org/dcwg/doc/taxonomy06/taxonomy.pdf
We reviewed the document and had some questions for Mark. Overall,
    the clock structures looked complete.
