Details:
1. Review action items

Jim hadn't heard back from IBM legal on the Einstimer educational
material.

Mark contacted Ibna Faruque, who was going on vacation the
next day, about Synopsys participation in the demo. He indicated
there might be some interest, but referred Mark to Karen Bartleson.
No closure yet.

Mark contacted Synplicity marketing, but hadn't received a response
yet.

2. Discuss DAC demo

Bob raised some concerns about the origins of the MIPS R4000
design being used for testing within IBM; we need to be sure
that the design really is public domain if we're going to use
it as the basis for the demo. Mark and Bob will check into this.

IBM committed to participating in the demo.

We agreed to use an IBM SA27 (0.18u) library, which will be
available in both OLA and text formats.

3. Review parasitics boundary conditions

Steve went over a summary of the different types of constraints
and boundary conditions. It looked good; a couple of points
will be clarified through followup email discussion.
