DC-WG: no teleconference today

The DC-WG teleconference that would normally be held
today has been cancelled. My apologies, but due to
conflicts with other work responsibilities, I haven't
been able to write up the minutes from the previous
meeting yet, and therefore a meeting this week
wouldn't be productive.

The next meeting will definitely be held two weeks
from today, 7/27.
