The next meeting will be a teleconference on 9/14
from 9-11 am (PDT).

Details:
1. Review action items

We went over the example for data_arrival_time and discussed
a number of issues. In general, it looks like the best approach
is to have man page style descriptions in the main portion of
the document, and a full BNF description of all commands in an
appendix.

We agreed that there should be a "Domain Theory" section for
each constraint domain, which will be the repository for information
that's common to several different constraints in the domain.

We talked about various use models for the taxonomy; the one
that seemed to have the most support was a concise command reference
like the small booklets often provided for languages like Tcl
and Perl.

We talked about the documentation tool to use for the DCDL spec,
and agreed to use Framemaker 5.5.x rather than Word. IBM and Mentor
use 5.5.6, while Cadence is on 5.5.3.

2. Discuss operating conditions

Bob brought up some of the issues he had come across for operating
conditions in DCL and OLA, but we didn't have enough background to
discuss them in detail.

Thanks,
Mark
