I believe I have found an inconsistency with the DCDL 'disable' command.
Other commands specifying ports or pins in DCDL usually do so by using the
-ports or -pins keyword, respectively. The 'disable' command contains the
keywords -from & -to that can take either a list of pins or ports (or
both?). I just wanted to call to the group's attention that this command
has syntax inconsistent from other commands in the language.
