Help on Submitting Your Survey

This survey uses the HTML mailto construct in order to submit your survey results as an email attachment to an address at eda.org. Your browser must be set up to correctly support this construct.

When you press Submit Survey, email is sent to eda.org (you will not see any change on the page that you are viewing ). If you get any errors (you should get a warning regarding privacy) or if your email tool comes up without an attachment, you are not set up to support the mailto construct.

If you have any problems submitting the survey, please cut and paste the following survey into your email tool, fill it out, and send it to:
