EIA I/O Buffer Information Specification Open Forum

The IBIS Open Forum meets every 3 weeks (Fridays, 8-9:55am 
US Pacific Time) via a conference call.  See the previous discussions 
in the minutes/ archive files for instructions on joining.  All 
material, except the source code for the IBISCHK4 parser and the
private license ICMCHK1 parser, is freely available to anyone.  To 
obtain the parser source code, you must purchase a license (a 
small fee is involved).  Send an email to ibis-info@eda.org for 
more information.
