The source code is now being distributed under private or
"closed source" licensing for a fee.  For further information
on purchasing the license agreement, please contact the IBIS

The "source" directory contains an earlier  GPL version of the source
code, compressed using a variety of common methods.  NOTE: the GPL
version is no longer supported.  The "closed source" version 
is the only source code being maintained.
