There are two programs here S2IBIS and S2IPLT


S2IBIS is an automatic spice model to IBIS model conversion utility
written by the S2IBIS development team at North Carolina State University.

S2IPLT is a program which plots the characteristics in a *.ibs file.

The most recent version of S2IBIS is in the directory
s2ibis_v2.091
This should be regarded as a beta release.
It supports all functions of the S2IBISv2.1 spec except
for package parameters development which can never be supported.
