This directory contains IBIS Version 3.2 approved January 15, 1999 by
the EIA/IBIS Open Forum.

The Contents are:

  ver3_2.pdf  IBIS Version 3.2 with .pdf extension (from Arpad Muranyi)


The new features based on approved BIRDs contained in Version 3.1
consists of these extensions:

  Relaxation of some IBIS Model file name restrictions to allow the file
    to contain up to 20 characters (BIRD46.1)

  A set of features for adding submodels called by the [Add Submodel] keyword:
    [Add Submodel], [Submodel] and [Submodel Spec] (BIRD48.4)
    Dynamic Clamps introducing [GND Pulse Table] and [Power Pulse Table]
      keywords and the Dynamic_clamp submodel type (BIRD49.4)
    Bus Hold extensions introducing the Bus_hold submodel type (BIRD50.3)
    Timed Bus Hold Extension (BIRD57.1)

  3-state_ECL model type (BIRD51)

  Vmeas addition to [Model Spec] (BIRD55)

  Relaxation of [Series Pin Mapping] restrictions so it works with any model
    type (BIRD56.1)
