[$ieee-1850] IEEE-1850 PSL Meeting Canceled for next week

Hi Group,

Yaron, Erich, and I have been unsuccessful in our attempt to meet with
Dennis Brophy this week (to discuss the Accellera contributed funding
for IEEE-1850). In addition, very little activity has occurred on the
extension subcommittee reflector. So, there would be little to
discuss in the extension subcommittee.

It turns out that Erich and I are extremely wrapped up in DAC paper
reviews this week (and weekend). Hence, we are unable to prepare for
the next IEEE-1850 meeting. We have decided not to hold either a full
committee meeting or an extension subcommittee meeting this next week.
  This means that the cutoff date for extension discussions has been
extended one more week.

The agenda for our next meeting will be sent out later next week.
