[$ieee-1850] IEEE-1850 Working Group Meeting postponed a week

Dear Group,

I am traveling next week and unable to attend the currently scheduled  
IEEE-1850 Feb 28-th meeting.  In addition, Yaron is unable to attend  
this meeting.  Since we are required to have two members of the  
leadership team present to conduct a meeting, it is now necessary to  
postpone the Feb 28-th meeting until Tuesday March 7-th.   I am  
apologize for the late notice.
