[$ieee-1850] Next IEEE-1850 Meeting postpone until May

Hi Group,

Due to many schedule conflicts and holidays, we have decided to  
postpone April's IEEE-1850
meeting (and sub-committee meetings) until May.   An email will be  
sent out at the end of the month
announcing our next meeting.
