[$ieee-1850] Nomination of officers for the IEEE-1850 PSL working group

Avigail Orni for the positions of IEEE1850 Chair, Secretary and Vice Chair,

Dear colleagues,

I hereby officially call for nominations for the offices of Chair,
Vice-Chair and Secretary of the IEEE-1850 PSL working group.

Please note the that
- nominators must be members (i.e., DRs of corporate SA members)
- a given nominator may nominate any number of people for various offices
- nominees must be eligible at the time of nomination, and can accept
nomination for at most one position

These are the criteria for eligible nominees:
"The Chair and Vice-Chair shall be IEEE members of any grade, individual
IEEE-SA members, and must also be a Designated Representative (DR) of an
entity that is a corporate IEEE-SA member. The Secretary must be a DR of an
entity that is a corporate IEEE-SA member.""

As far as I have been able to determine the following members are
eligible for nomination to any of the three offices:

Erich Marschner (Cadence DR)
Avigail Orni (IBM DR)
Harry Foster (Mentor Graphics DR)
Surrendra Dudani (Synopsys DR)
Tom Thatcher (Sun DR)
Alexander Levin or Dimitry Korchemny (Intel DR)

midnight PST of Wednesday November 15, 2006 (2006-11-15T24:00-08). Please
send
a copy of your nomination to the working group reflector as well
(ieee-1850@eda.org).
