[$ieee-1850] IEEE 1850 PSL January 30 Working Group Meeting

Hi Group,

This weeks January 30-th IEEE 1850 PSL full working group meeting  
has  been canceled.  However, we will still hold an issues  
subcommittee meeting tomorrow (see details below).

Our next full working group meeting will be scheduled for the end of  
February (Feb 27).   A notice will be sent out one week prior to our  
full working group meeting.

I apologize for the late notice--and I would like to encourage you to  
still attend tomorrow's issues subcommittee meeting, which is where  
all of our technical work is being conducted.
