[$ieee-1850] IEEE 1850 Meeting Schedule Changes

Members of the IEEE 1850 PSL Working Group,

The Issues Subcommittee has recently moved its weekly meetings to
Mondays from 8-9am PDT.  We would like to do the same for the full
working group meetings, which will occur roughly once a month.  

Since a number of people will be on vacation during the period Aug
12-Aug 24, there will be no IEEE 1850 meetings during those two weeks.
Also, Monday September 3 is a holiday in the US.  The schedule through
September will be as follows:

16 July - Issues SC
23 July - Issues SC
30 July - Issues SC
  6 Aug - Full IEEE 1850 Working Group
13 Aug - no meeting (vacations)
20 Aug - no meeting (vacations)
27 Aug - Issues SC
  3 Sep - no meeting (US holiday - Labor Day)
10 Sep - Issues SC
17 Sep - Issues SC
24 Sep - Full IEEE 1850 Working Group 

All meetings will occur from 8-9am PDT on the above dates.
