      Editorial Coordination (MEC) review of P1850/D4.  (See attached file:
      p1850_D4_MEC.doc)

      Please note that the items in Section I need to be addressed before
      the document can move to Sponsor ballot.  These items include:
            Copyright (update copyright info on first page an in the
            footer)
            Draft title on page 1
            Update the purpose of the draft or the purpose of the PAR

      As you will see in the attached MEC document, I sometimes refer to
      specific clauses/subclauses of the 2009 IEEE Standards Style Manual.
      For your reference, you can access the style manual at the following
      URL:  http://standards.ieee.org/guides/style/.

      Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you have any
      questions about the MEC.  Otherwise, an IEEE-SA editor will again
      review the draft once it is at Sponsor ballot.
