One under: Functions > predefined lists it as: NOW, 14.1, 14.2 The other under NOW NOW predefined function, 14.1 Now is defined in section 14.2. I did not see anything significant enough in 14.1 to warrant a reference. Proposed Resolution ------------------- Proposed_Resolution: I recommend changing the refence to be both 14.2 only. VASG-ISAC Analysis & Rationale ------------------------------ Function NOW is referred to three times in section 14.1: In describing S'LAST_EVENT and S'LAST_ACTIVE and in Note 2, which states "Similarly, function STANDARD.NOW should not be used in concurrent contexts. One might conclude that this is a significant reference to NOW. In part, the decision of how to deal with such references will depend on the tools available to the LRM editor. In any event, the two references in the index should be consistent. VASG-ISAC Recommendation for IEEE Std 1076-1993 ----------------------------------------------- No change to the LRM is needed. VASG-ISAC Recommendation for Future Revisions --------------------------------------------- Update the index to make the two separate references to NOW consistent. -------------END OF IR----------------
