We agree that there are problems in the descriptions of 'LAST_EVENT,
'LAST_ACTIVE, and 'LAST_VALUE as they stand in 1076-1987, but we do not feel
that the long-term resolution as expressed in this issue report is the
appropriate response.

In particular, we feel that using Time's resolution limit to formulate the
value of 'LAST_EVENT is incorrect.
