Description of Problem
----------------------
In LRM 3.3, there is an example that makes use of the reserved
word "buffer" in a context that is incorrect.  The line

       type BUFFER_PTR is access BUFFER;

uses "buffer" as an identifier, which is illegal.
 

Proposed Resolution

Change the name Buffer into MyBuffer.
