Description of Problem
----------------------
The text "(after the compound delimiter =>)" in the
second halves of Items 8 and 9 in LRM 10.3 suggests that named association is
required to get select visibility over a local port or local generic.  On the
other hand, the fact that the wording that follows reads "in a generic
association" and "in a port association" rather than "in a named generic
association" and "in a named port association" suggests that named association
is not required.


Proposed Resolution
-------------------
It probably makes most sense to provide select visibility over a
local port or local generic in both named and positional associations.  This
is what we will do.
