I agree with the recommendation for 1076-1987.  However, I have some issues
with both the analysis and recommendation for future revisions sections.  Both
refer to "library search" or "library search order."  These concepts are not
defined in the LRM  The meaning of any name is not dependent on the order of
appearance of library logical names in one or more library clauses.  Therefore
I am a bit leery of both the analysis and of the recommendation for future
revisions.
