Description of Problem
----------------------
Chapter 4.3.2 refers to terms from the old 1076B manual:

     *  "external file objects", in the last paragraph of the section.
     *  "external file association", in the second paragraph of the section.

They are no longer defined in the 1076-1987 manual.


Proposed Resolution
-------------------
In the case of the former term, only 'file objects' are defined in this LRM,
and no distinction is made anymore between external and internal.
     
In the case of the latter term, there is no such thing as an external file
association because internal files no longer exist.  The only types of files
are "external" in nature.
