Third bulleted paragraph for mode INOUT in LRM 4.3.3 on page 4-10 should be
modified to remove the reference for file object since file objects can only
be of mode in or out. It should read:
        "inout. The value of the interface object may be both read and
        updated. Reading the attributes of the interface object is also
        permitted."
