Section B.49, the glossary entry for the term "constraint," includes a refer-
ence to "size constraints."  There is no such BNF production in the language, 
and it is not mentioned anywhere in sections 0 - 14.  It is probably an out-
dated term.

Remove this reference to "size constraints."

Yes. The problem description is accurate.  

Section B.49 says:

        ... There are index constraints, range constraints, and size con-
        straints.  ...

"Size constraint" is indeed an old term; size constraints existed as part of 
internal files in drafts of IEEE Std. 1076-1987, but they were removed.

Adopt the proposed resolution.  Treat the last sentence of the glossary entry
for constraint as if it read:  

        There are index constraints and range constraints.
