In chapter 7.4.1, case 5 of locally static primary : a predefined attribute that
is a value other than predefined attribute 'PATH_NAME É

the  predefined attribute 'INSTANCE_NAME is a value, but it cannot be locally
static.


Proposed Resolution

Replace 'PATH_NAME by 'PATH_NAME and 'INSTANCE_NAME for this rule.
