We started by listing the issues that we wanted to present at 
VASG on Saturday. These were 

Clive: 	1023, 1062, 1048
Chuck:	1034, 1073, 1060
Jacque: 1085
Daniel: 1026
Andy:	1036
Bill:	1079 
John:	1054, 1093

We then discussed each in preparation for the meeting.
All but two of these will be presented. The two that will not
be presented are 1036, and 1060.

IR Details:

1079: Isac Approved:  Bill will present at the VASG
	- Concat rules are ambiguous; need to remove one sentence
	  (left from 87)
1085: Isac Approved:  Jacque will present at the VASG
	- 'PATH_NAME missing from item (e) in section 7.4.1
1060: Needs further analysis and another review.
	- 'LEFT definition not consistent with others
	- Easy to resolve BUT, need to define "Type of a range"
1073: Isac Approved:  Chuck will present at the VASG (with 1034)
	- Does a Qualified expression perform a CONVERSION? - NO
1026: Isac Approved:  Daniel will present at the VASG
	- Old term "Size constraint" can be deleted.
1048: Isac Approved:  Clive will present at the VASG
	- Change future recommendation to suggest that a reference be legal
1062: Isac Approved:  Clive will present at the VASG
	- Minor wordsmithing
	- Add a "The return type of a RF must match the typemark of the
	  subtype indication that contains the resolution function name"
	- Add an interprestation that '93 read both type references
	  as BASE type.
1023: Isac Approved:  Clive will present at the VASG
	- "all" and "other" attr specs may apply to 0 named entities.
1054: Isac Approved:  John will present at the VASG
	- "promote" the future recommendation to make it the current
	  interpretation.
	- fix several typing errors.
1093: Isac Approved:  John will present at the VASG
	- accept as is; replacement characters are not a good idea:)
1003: Isac Approved Already - need to include in the Mailing
1083: Isac Approved Already - need to include in the Mailing
	

Other Action Items:

John:	Tidy up the on-line LRMSs, mark each with an origin. In particular,
	mark the "golden" LRM.
Clive: 	These minutes
John: 	Install Intermetrics minutes on vhdl.org and send to everyone.
Clive: 	Add Intermetrics action items to the AI file
John: 	Add info from personal notes to IR 1032
Clive:	Update action items and broadcast
Clive:	Prepare the IR packet for the VASG with a cover letter including 
	a ballot.
Clive:	Add 1036 to the agenda for the next meeting (Andy is ready for VASG)
Clive:	Present ballot results at the next isac meeting.
Clive:	Add Migration status review and plan to the next agenda.
