Minutes of ISAC meeting held via telecom on
12 August 2004.

TOPIC: Web based database for ISAC issues:

Chuck presented a document showing proposed flow.

Peter made several suggestions, especially in the areas of
tracking category and resolution.

Chuck reported that Steve Bailey is interested in an expanded system for
more general use.

ACTION: Peter to supply Chuck with suggested value changes(Done)
ACTION: Chuck to update document for discussion at next ISAC meeting.
ACTION: Chuck to remain in contact with Steve Bailey on expansion.

TOPIC: IR2029 Non-relevant words and paragraph.

ACTION: All to review, we'll finish it up next meeting.
(Added: I think that one case is missing:
Section 3.4 paragraph 2:
"...If the base type is a composite type, it must not contain a subelement 
of an access type, a file type, or a protected type."
Should be changed to:
"...If the base type is a composite type, it must not contain a subelement 
of an access type.")

TOPIC: Proposed change to locally static to require a locally static
subtype.
ACTION: Chuck to update.
