Since only two people were in attendance, we only looked at straightforward
issues:

TOPIC: VHPI issues.

The following issues were identified as needing VHPI feedback:

213 Can a force signal assignment update ports of mode IN?
220 Inconsistent use of vhpiIntT and int
229 Is type vhpiIntT signed or unsigned?
IR 2131 Vhpi_user.h requires enum types contents update/completion

ACTION: Chuck to contact vhpi group for input.
