Chuck,

I have talked to David - his request is based on the status of the tools
around May 2005.
Whatever was happening in the tools at that time is gone, so I have to
concur with the
suggested resolution not to change anything in the standard. Plus, the
rewording of the
appropriate clauses of the 2006 standard triggered by the LCS-2006-113
should make the situation
more clear anyway.

Thanks,

Jerry Kaczynski

Why don't you contact him directly?
That way you can get more details about how he's using your tool. I
would just be a middle-man.
