TOPIC: IR 2096 Error is ambiguous

This IR has been ISAC Approved.

ACTION: Chuck to forward to VASG.

TOPIC: IR 2097 Operations with Array aggregates

Lance's analysis that the example is correct VHDL is accepted. The IR
is ISAC Approved. The LRM quotations will be removed, since they do
not add significant clarity.

TOPIC: IR 2099 Alias declarations introduce homographs

Several minor flaws were pointed out-- "operators" should in general
be "operations", to avoid some subtle unwanted analysis, the USE
clauses should be put inside the appropriate declarative regions.

A non-alias oversight in section 10.4 "USE clauses" was pointed out.
paragraph c) (LRM version D3.0) needs to be revised to assure that
potentially visible homographs are not made visible.

After considerable discussion of various cases, it appears that there
are two possible approaches to resolve the alias-homograph issue.  The
first approach is to add additional cases to Clause 10.4 to cover
various implicit/explicit combinations introduced by implicit aliases.
The second is to decide that two (implicit?) declarations of the same
designator that denote the same "entity" aren't homographs. Chuck will
continue to examine both approaches.

ACTION: Chuck to continue analysis.

TOPIC: IR 2101 Type conversion - implicit refers to section 8.1.2
which doesn't exist

The analysis was mistakenly assigned to Larry, who submitted the IR.
