1. New ISAC Issues:

2120    Submitted                       How to access objects in higher 
level nested protected type
2121    Submitted                       Allow for vectors to have 
assigns and opens in the port map

Also, I have questions about protected types and Operator loading. There 
may be IR issues, depending
on the answers. The basic issue is how operators are used as methods. I 
would like to see a use case.
Possible issues are: can operators be impure? Aren't there technical 
problems with the object being one
of the parameters (its not a constant).
