Chuck, I've just been looking through the IR in preparation for the meeting. Farrell points out differences among tools over whether the potentially visible declarations are made directly visible. However, it's not clear where the use clauses are placed. He says, "Now consider this function being made directly visible in architecture, arch, by a use clause..." Does this mean the use clause is within the architecture body, or in the context clause of the architecture body?
