TOPIC: Bugzilla 193 Sensitivity of concurrent procedure call with
out-mode signal parameter

This should be solved in conjunction with 192. It seems to give
greater weight to the proposed solution of forbidding reading of OUT
mode signal parameters.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 194 Missing rule for profile conformance of generic
subprograms

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 195 Missing rule for base type of an external name

The proposed revision is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 196 Path name attribute strings include loop labels,
but loop may be unlabeled

The proposed solution is accepted, since it is consistent with
existing LRM code. However, it was pointed out that pathnames which
reference unlabeled constructs may have ambiguous resolutions. The LRM
is silent on this issue. Perhaps an IR should be issued to capture
this potential problem.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 199 Semicolons missing in productions for force assignments

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 200 Spurious semicolons in grammar for interface elements

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 202 Superceded reference to "generation scheme"

The proposed solution is accepted. It was noted that this LRM rewording may
affect the wording or IR 2126.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 203 Incorrect cross reference for string
representation for T'VALUE

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 204 Reference to replacement characters not deleted

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 205 Glossary entry for "change" not updated

The proposed solution is accepted.

TOPIC: Bugzilla 206 What exactly does FINISH do? Can it be used?
TOPIC: Bugzilla 207 Input values for STOP

Chuck will ask VHPI for advice in these areas. Note: John Shields and
Jim Lewis have added comments to these two issues. It was decided that
resolution of these issues should not be show stoppers for IEEE LRM
approval.

TOPIC: IR 2128 Shared Variable declarations in generate?

ISAC-Approved.

TOPIC: IR 2129 Bad requirements to check exprs with access type sub exprs

ISAC-Approved.
