Aptix Corp is committed to participate and help the Accellera Interface
Technical Committee (ITC). As one of the original founding member of
the SCE-API consortium, we are excited to see the SCE-API standardization
effort coming under Accellera, which will widen the scope of the SCE-API
into
Modeling, Control and Debugging interfaces.
Specific areas Aptix would like to see ITC achieve in year 2002 are the
following:
1. Finalization of current SCE-MI standard
2. Broaden the scope of SCE-MI to current HDL, C, and Instruction Set
simulators' PLI/VHPLI/C interfaces to support true Transaction level
interface
3. Debugging/Control Interface sub-groups finalize tasks and goals for
2002 and complete initial draft of both interfaces.
Aptix Corp has been working closely with our customers to bring out the
best value of our Reconfigurable Prototyping System during all phases of a
project from hardware debugging through application validation. We are
hopeful that through standardization of the SCE interfaces, Accellera
will increase the value provided to the end users.
Aptix will commit 2 days per month to ITC.
