Updated First Principles Document

All,

I sent an updated version of the First Principles document
to the reflector about a minute ago. I am sending this email
to notify those whose firewalls and anti-spam software block
messages from itc@eda.org, with things like .pdf's in them.

I can forward the document to you directly if it did not get
through.
