Meeting tomorrow??

        We had been scheduled to have our vote meeting tomorrow, but I think
it will have to be delayed until January 16th. While I have all of the
changes into the document, and I have just received the new general
paragraphs from John (Thanks for those John), I have not received the
paragraph from Duaine yet (Can you get this to me as soon as possible). That
means that everyone will need additional time to review the final text and
so I think the first meeting in January should be good for this. I will be
able to turn it within a day or two of getting the new addition.
        It may still be worth having the meeting so that the summit that
took place on Monday can be discussed, especially for those who were not
invited or able to attend. Any opinions from other?
