Per, in our environment, whenever one or a group of parallel output messages arrive on a given cycle stamp, the controlled clocks are immediately turned off until those output messages' callbacks are serviced by C, and C returns control to the hw. So, batching of output messages from different cycle stamp times is not possible without changing the clock control we use, and that would lose determinism, no?
