Minutes and IMs

Hi Guys,
    Sorry for the delay in getting the minutes out from the previous
meeting. I also have all of the IMs on the web site updated. As per
Shabtay's request they are now HTML files rather than text files so wrapping
should no longer be an issue. I have also started using a color encoding in
them. Blue is for the original issue, black for the discussion and green
where something has been decided (not too many of them yet). I hope I have
got everyone's comments in there.

Also a few reminders that next Thursday will have different call in details:

Thursday at 10:00am Pacific
1 408 894 3000 (or 800-650-0724 and then 555-3000). After dialing in, dial 1
to join a meeting and dial in our usual pass code which is 6249294.

Another reminder: Proposals for what to do with 4-state values are due
tomorrow. We will decide on this at the Thursday meeting. We will also close
on the 1.1 / 2.0 mixing rules.
