IM 211 - can we remove this one ?

Greetings ITC Techies,

I agree with Per's comment on IM 211.

I'm wondering if we still need this one. This has more to do
with whether the modeling subset allows multiple pipe
accesses in 0-time or not and does not really impact
the operation of pipes themselves.

I motion that we remove this one.
