There were a number of action items at last weeks meeting:

IM208 to 211 John to put together a proposal to unify these IM's using some
of the clarifications from Per
Time : Russ to write a proposal for how we deal with time
4 state logic: Duaine and Bryan writing a proposal that combines the
elements of previous proposals

Remember that the end of October is the cut off date for new issues. Per has
recently raised a new one about error reporting, for which I think we were
going to continue using 1.1 macro's, but these are exactly the kinds of
issues that we need to be raising now.
