mail problems

Due to mail problems both within Mentor and the limited capacity of
the ITC server, I'm unable to get the new .pdf of the working
document out right now.

I will try to have some hard copies of the relevant sections
for the meeting tomorrow along with a brief set of slides
that I'd like to add to the agenda.

I'll try to send the .pdf out again in the morning.
