latest binary reference model

Greetings ITC Techies,

You'll find the latest binary reference model on

ftp.ikos.com/outoing as,

     scemi2_demo.distro.2-24-06.tgz

This is aligned with the latest pipes proposal sent out this
week.

As stated in the meeting yesterday, I may have an updated
working document by next week's meeting but not sure yet.
