Point of alignment in SCE-MI 2.0

ITC Techies,

 

Maybe this question has been already discussed and I don't recall the
response, but what is defined as the point of alignment in (a pure)
SCE-MI 2.0 use model? Assume several transactors needing each a
different number of clock cycles to complete their initialization; how
each individual initialization requirement is coordinated with the other
transactors and how the global initialization time is coordinated with
the test on the C side?
